Delete your data in 1fifty

You can selectively delete specific categories of data from your 1fifty account while keeping your account active.

How to delete your data

  1. Open the 1fifty app
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete data
  4. Select the data categories you want to delete:
    • Contacts — all contact records, avatars, and business card images
    • Companies — all company records and logos
    • Events — all calendar events
    • Tasks — all tasks
    • Scans — all pending and historical business card scans
  5. Type DELETE to confirm
  6. Confirm the final prompt listing your selected categories

What is retained

  • Your account (email, name, avatar)
  • Your subscription and billing information
  • Your app preferences and settings
  • Any data categories you did not select for deletion
  • Deleting companies also removes links between those companies and your contacts, as well as tasks associated with those companies
  • Deleting contacts also removes links between those contacts and companies, and tasks associated with those contacts
  • Deleting events removes references to those events from your contacts

Don’t have access to the app?

If you can no longer access the 1fifty app, you can request data deletion by emailing support@1fifty.ai from the email address registered to your account. Please specify which data categories you would like deleted. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
