How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Google Play. Open your device’s subscription settings and cancel from there — your access continues until the end of the current period.

How do I delete my account or my data?

You can request a full account deletion from Settings → Delete account in the app, or follow the steps on our delete-account page. Data-only deletion is also available in-app.

How do I get a copy of my data (GDPR export)?

Open Settings → Data in the app and tap Download my data. The export is prepared server-side and a temporary download link is delivered back to the app.

I was charged but I don’t see my subscription active.

Payments are sometimes held by the App Store while a verification check runs. If access doesn’t unlock within a few minutes, open a chat below and include the order ID from your store receipt.
